Job Description: Design-Build Project Manager/Foreman

We're hiring a full-time Landscape Foreman/Project Manager to lead these projects and be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision comes to life with precision and care. Responsibilities:

• Manage landscape design-build projects (1 day to 3+ months).

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout construction.

• Collaborate with the construction manager for crew and equipment coordination.

• Arrange material deliveries to job sites.

• Work with clients on-site to make construction and design decisions, supported by design/sales staff.

• Oversee daily job operations and ensure smooth project flow.

• Track and manage project progress, document labor and materials used, and submit reports for project invoicing.

• Participate in foreman meetings, equipment decisions, and provide general leadership.

Work Schedule:

• April–November: 45-55 hours/week (occasionally through Christmas), No Saturdays.

• Christmas/New Year: company wide holiday break.

• January–February: 30-35 hours/week, 4-day work weeks.

• March: 40 hours/week.

• Typical annual hours: 2,100-2,400.
