Spring Cleanup is the backbone of any good maintenance program and is often the base level of service provided. This service includes cut-back and cleanup of perennials and grasses, leaf cleanup within the landscape beds, structural pruning of woody shrubs and small trees, herbicide treatments, and topdressing of shredded hardwood mulch.

Summer Pruning typically involves a summer visit to complete pruning needed on spring-flowering shrubs and neaten up any “wild hairs” that present themselves from the spring flush of growth.

Weed Spray service allows us to visit your property periodically throughout the service to perform targeted chemical control of broadleaf and grass weeds within your landscape beds. While subscribing to this service does not mean you will never see a weed in your landscape beds, these visits are typically scheduled at a frequency that allows us to stay ahead of the vast majority of your weed pressure.

Fall Cleanup is an extra level of service selected by some clients. This a late fall visit to tidy up your beds before winter. We prefer and recommend that most grasses and perennials be left until spring to provide winter interest and habitat for winter wildlife, however, some perennials can be unsightly over the winter, especially in high visibility areas, and these can be removed during this visit. While more leaves will likely collect in your beds over the winter, especially in wooded areas, the late-season timing of this visit allows us to take care of a majority of those leaves so that you can start into winter with things looking neat.

As-needed Specialty Services are also offered to our maintenance clients. If you notice something in your landscape that doesn’t look quite right, give us a call and we can provide the knowledge and support needed to keep your landscape healthy. Specialty services might include things like targeted pesticide or fungal treatments.
